Clomid is what my M.D. prescribed for me as well when I messed up PCT years ago. Test was like 250. Got on Clomid and 3 weeks@ 50mg it doubled. Eventually it got as high as 850 and im 45.

Why so long. 12 weeks total?
Cycle was 4 weeks

PCT is 4 weeks
Another 4 weeks off
= 8 weeks
Unless you want additional time off which is your preference of course. But you could start another cycle in 8 weeks.
It's more than likely ok ON cycle cause of the shorter recovery time but off cycle for me, it's excessive.
You want to stay in an anabolic state during PCT. That includes eating in a surplus, getting enough rest and shorter training sessions as ebfitness recommended. And of course your PCT...

Regarding your meals:
Its not necessary to divide your food up and obsess over meal timing unless not doing so would affect your gym performance.
Look at the overall days diet and
eat when you're hungry and it's convenient for you to do so not because the clock says its time to eat...
That's a huge transformation there, lots of hard work paid off! You have a real healthy mindset towards your future goals bro and I'm betting that will take you further in this!
Wow, really. That's kinda disturbing but more so for them. Personally I'd never go into another cycle without knowing since showing no obvious signs/symptoms of trouble isn't a guarantee of labs being WNL.
