Try a 2 on 2 off split....or 4 on 3 off split....something like that would help...
I guess the big question to the OP is how much do you eat??.saying you eat everything is pretty broad..list a average days consumption by meal and what those meals include to include food source and amounts..just a rough average day...
I would think your not eating enough or not the right kind...
Idk what you weigh or any stats.....diet looks too low in fats and/or carbs....fiber also could be a issue depending on those salads and any supps used...just overall looks like it could use some tweaking..
sad loss..i spoke with a friend who is a ASC pro who knew Mike..he said he had some severe sleep apnea issues..its not know if this was a cause but its def a issue with a lot of bigger men..
