Ok lifting religiously for a month and using Halo two times daily but picked up 2.0 and Osta for later. Now I plan on doing weights 30 days and then shifting to cardio on my 30 off days then using one or the other on weights again but don't know which to use or can I use them both?
Starting to work out again and have been lazy for about 10 years I weigh about 175 and I am 37 with a gut. I am small framed but use to be really cut when I was going into the service so I need to know which of the products would be the best route to go!!
