    New to PH/female just starting Halo extreme

    I am new to taking PH. I lift 3 to 4 days a week in addition to light cardio. My diet right now is at 1200 calories, eating small amounts 5 times a day, mostly protein. I am only on day 3 and don't expect gains this early in the game, but ive read a lot about increased energy.... I'm tired...
