Anybody tried 8 weeks on dmz or even was thinking about it? I already know i am going to see thats a big no no,but results dont kick in till 2nd or 3rd week then your coming back off.Just think another week or two especially if you arent seeing any sides. So be honest people have you thought...
Do you all think carbs are neccessary for building muscle? Or can i get by with protein and very liitle car carbs. I am already bulky thats why i am asking?
