I know the less I eat the harder I get...but I have notice fatigue but it is what it is... I know with the ultra male stack I did I put on some fat with my gains... Just glad to see that this time around Its muscle
This is my last week I believe as far as DMZ goes... And I got from a client I train in the mornings you look skinny buff... Fine by me since I am cutting, but forcing myself to eat sucked ass... I just couldn't do it... Almost threw up a couple of times. Good thing is I didn't have any sides...
I did the super DMZ stack... I heard you could stack it with straight Test. But hell Im scared enough just taking a PH.
As far as strength goes Im 5 weeks in went up on my DB bench press to 110 2 sets of 6 my last two sets (before thist stack I was stuck at 90 lbs) leg press is now up to 9...
The one thing that scares me about cutting it back is when I did Ultra male... And cut back cardio... Oh it sucked soooooooooo bad getting it back when I cycled off... Made me feel like I was 315 again
Just want to get as lean as I can ya know... I try to lift Monday Wednesday and Friday... Then give myself cardio days to control the fat... Plus I was taking pointers from jewbacca that was doing and 1hr cardio daily if I remember correctly
Gonna start Super DMZ the full stack Monday... Any pointers or things i need to look out for??? Not sure why I have two bottles of e control but I do... I'm in the gym about 6 days a week 2 days for cardio the rest is weight training... 6'1" 235 lbs right now. I did a ultra male stack a while...

Seriously neck??? This just made my Freaking day!!! So gald it will be good after I cycle off... The other thing did I read some where that I don't need to do a PCT after ultra male since its so mild??? And that as long as I finished the advance cycle...
All I know is I am 6'2" and started out at 216lbs 21% bf and bout to finish my last week of the ultra male stack... Weighed today and was 231 lbs 17 % body fat... Gonna cut and see if I can hold on to some muscle... I do have another stack waiting in he wings.

So I am about to finish up my first experience with a PH and I have to say if wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I started out at a size 34 pant large shirt... 216 lbs 6'2"... As of today starting week 4 Monday, I am now at 228 lbs no change in pant size or shirt... In fact a XL look...
Ultra male stack... Which I thought you didn't have to do a PCT afterwards since it was so mild???
I think it could have been testicle torsion... It hurt from wed.-sat. Last week... I twisted it firday night and woke up Saturday and it felt normal... Thank goodness!!!!
I was told to start out with the ultra male stack... Not too shabby I'm am starting week two tomorrow... So it's still early... I was told the super dmz stack is a bit muc for a first timer and ultra male was milder
