hrt or pellets will shut you down and keep you down. why its called hrt.
if you went on hrt just after a pct i dont think that was a smart choice i would have given it a couple months, maybe 3 before making the decision to be on hrt for life. just because you finisha pct doesnt mean you are...
have you had hormones checked recently? Test levels? i would rec it, you might do well on trt/hrt. that stacked with one of the IML products would give you a good amount of help. but regardless be in gym for few months before taking anything other then basic supps. imo

maybe even a clomid + nolva combo if you are on alot of stuff for a while. but 20mg is a good amount imo and i would no cut the pct, do the 30 days

Ill stick to my IML protein shakes... lol or add peanutbutter, olivoil, oats, babana, frozen berries- blend and drink for my cals if i need help...
NO research site is going to give you dosing info, its meant for non-human research. you have to research the compound and what your using ir for on your own, like via forums or google.
normal pct research: tamox 20-40mg ed for 4 weeks.
I rec a combo of clomid and tamox like so:
wk1-4 10-20mg...
I LOVE the stuff. Dont notice any sides over the years other then a bit of bloat at times in belly, but comes and goes day to day on it, more diet i think.
i rec from 30-60mcg ed for 4-8 weeks. i think 6 is the sweet spot. I am liking the IGF1Des right now too
Personally i would add atleast an hrt amount of test or a nice 400-500mg ew of test with this cycle.
like so:
orals wk1-8
test wk1-12
pct wk14-18 clomid/nolva
Or even just the methadrol extreme 6 weeks and test for 12. methadrol is AWESOME!
