yes thanks i did run 4 andro with the m sten and kept my cals high..did i not take enough time off from the first cycle is that why i did not get the results?

hi i would like to ask about the m sten stack...while i was on the stack i did not get any gains from it just felt tired at the gym..but my previous cycle ( first cycle) was halo extreme stacked with osta rx) and that cycle was amazing pumps were insane my strength went from benching 225 for 3-4...

shoot i should have read you pos first but i just ordered the m sten and 4 andro stack...maybe next cycle i will do the dmz

iam on pct taking nolva 20ml per night before bed...it is in liqiuid form,should i be putting it under the my tongue for better absortion? or just swallow it down? sorry for the stupid question
