Hey guys so I just got my super Dmz stack and I'm just started a second job. Ill be able to train only on Saturday and Sunday day for a while. Should I wait to start this cycle until I can commit 4 days a week to training? Ill be doing working Monday through Friday 5am to 7 or 8 pm then an hour...
I'm trying to get my self prepared for this cycle and I'm wondering what you guys say the best training split is for 3 or 4 day routines.. also how long should I lift heavy vs cross training etc..
