I have been selected to run a log with osta rx, thanks heavyiron.
I will be starting the log April 15th and I will post weekly pictures as well as pictures of before I start the osta.
I will be running maintenance calories until day five of the osta, then drop to below maintenance.
Foods will be clean and organic, focusing on hitting the 1.5-2 grams of protein per lb of body weight.
Bring it on!!
Hope I have some solid results to continue my cut and I may even pick up another bottle to extend the run.

I have received my osta rx in the mail today, can't wait to run this.
I'm debating on changing my diet drastically while on the osta.
This is what in thinking:
Meal 1: organic flax and pumpkin seed cereal 1 serving, protein shake, vegetable blend (juiced)
Meal 2: protein double scoop, almonds or pistachios, veggies
Meal 3; protein, Greek yogurt
Meal 4: protein almonds or pistachios, veggies
Meal 5: protein double scoop
Meal 6: casein protein

Daily I will consume 1.5-2 gallons of water and every morning I will take a multivitamin
Am I debating on throwing in some pyro rx. I don't see this for sale anymore on the website, did you guys discontinue this? I have four bottles on hand.
Any other suggestions to maximize my results are welcome.
This is my first time running this and I do not know what to expect, I will be trying a major cal deficit and hoping the osta will keep me anabolic enough to really hold on to the muscle and shed the fat.
I will be running this for four weeks at 3 caps a day.

Day 1:
I started a couple days early, didn't feel like waiting until the fifteenth.
Nothing much to report as expected.
Worked out back and tris today, felt pretty good about the workout, my hunger has increased however, could be just coincidence though. Really excited to get this in full swing

Day 2:
Took three caps early this morning, I will be taking them all at once. I will continue my strict diet throughout the whole cycle running a cal deficit.
I notice my pump has lasted since last workout yesterday and is continuing today, this is unusual for me. Today is my "rest" day which I will be doing cardio and no weights. I will be lifting weights every other day with a "rest" day in between.

Day 3:
Dosed 3 upon waking at 5 am
I doubt this is realistically kicking in by day three but I've noticed an increase libido and appetite.
Very slight increase in libido but I always notice when it's higher.
Today's workout was as follows:
Incline bench
135x10
185x8
225x6
265x1
Decline bench
185x10
225x8
275x4
315x2
Incline dumbbell press
100(per hand)x8
Standing EZ curls
95x8
115x5
Leg presses for 4 minutes without locking knees for mild cardio, more so targeting volume for the thighs
Finished up with some abs and called it a day

I got in a really solid workout today, even though I was exhausted before even hitting the gym, self motivation is all I have ever had and I keep myself going.
Hoping to see some numbers increase in about two weeks but regardless I'm sure this is going to be a solid product, I may have to get another bottle to extend the run

Day 4:
I took it relatively easy today, many sets of deep squats
Got some dead lifts in up to 315 lbs
Seated calve raises
Hurt my right leg a week ago and still recovering but pushing through.
Osta is definitely helping retain muscle on the cal deficit diet, already leaning down

Day 5:
Hunger is definitely increasing, I have to fight the urge to stuff my face as I am cutting as much as possible.. Libido is also increasing.
I'm fairly prone to negative side affects and so far I have experienced none.

I've never had any negative sides on Osta, but you may have shitty days just from cutting cals (irritable zombie mode).

Cutting cals is very difficult for me, lethargic, weak, shaky.. Starving the whole damn day lol. I get migraines when I'm too hungry and I loose my vision.. Sucks. I wish I used this same diet with the tren I just cycled because I think I would have had awesome results

You'll feel better on Osta then you will on Tren, though. Tren's good but can make you feel like shit even when eating a surplus.

Ive never ran osta before so correct me if I'm wrong, I'm running an extreme cal deficit diet, will the osta spare me from muscle wasting?

Just letting you all know I probably won't be able to hit the gym again until Monday, hectic weekend. And unfortunately my diet will be put on hold until Tuesday mostly, from Saturday anyways. Minor setback but I will be on top of it Tuesday until the end. I will still post daily on the sides and so forth over the weekend.

Absolutely horrible bloating all day, happens every now and then I don't believe the osta is to blame.
No temper issues, general feeling of well being, mood is up.
Noticing I'm having deeper sleeps at night which is great, much more energetic throughout the day.
Gym is closed tomorrow, shame because I'm looking forward to my next workout.

I always keep Razor Cuts on hand for random bloating/water retention...especially after cheat meals.

And yeah, Osta definitely helps with sleep!

Day 8: great night sleep again, remembered four + different dreams. I typically have good dream recall but usually not such vivid recall. Strange dreams definitely.
Slightly more irritable today, could be from over sleeping.
Ate like a king so far lol. My "refeed" day lol.
Anyways not hitting the gym today but the osta should be getting into my system by now or reaching almost full strength soon.

Yeah, it was discontinued some time back.
 
Day 9: Nothing significant about today, appetite was down and energy partially crashed after about 2 pm.
Hit the gym after work today, worked incline and decline bench, felt like I had an off day at the gym, just one of those days.
I do not believe the osta has reached full strength yet, not sure how long it takes to really shine, it's still relatively early anyways, not expecting much right now.
My abs are showing more and more, even after pigging out over the weekend, my diet is back on track and I'm more so looking to shred up than anything here so it's definitely working it's magic.
Have to look good for the warm weather 😎

Day 11:
Upset stomach all day, had about 3 hours of sleep last night, only ate breakfast.. Beat tired all but I managed to drag my ass into the gym after work.
I worked back and tris, my strength and energy was definitely down today but I still hit some impressive numbers being as tired as I am and without eating all day.
The most noticeable effect of the osta so far is the leaning capabilities, I am hardly down anything strength with the cal deficit diet and my abs are showing through more and more everyday still.
