In short, I did 50/75/75/75/75/75, and I gained about 15 pounds from it. Currently, I am:
26 years old
5'9"
196 / 197 pounds.
I am probably going to do a slight cut over the month of September, just to lose a few pounds since I want to be a bit leaner, and then start a second cycle. I really liked Halo Extreme, and I would like to run it again...but I wouldn't mind something a bit "more" this time. So, these are some options that I have been mulling around in my head:
First, there are 2 fairly simple options:
1) Repeat the first cycle exactly: it worked well the first time, so why not try it again...but I'm not sure how my results this time would compare to the first run...slightly less, I suppose?
2) Increase dosage: do another 6 week cycle, but increase the dosage to 100 mg per day. I keep hearing that 75 mg seems to give the best combination of results vs. sides, but some people still insist that 100 mg is a good dose.
I've also considered doing some sort of stack with a 6 week Halo Extreme cycle dosed 75/75/75/75/75/75:
3) 1-Andro RX: this one looks interesting, but (at least in stand alone cycles), 1-Andro seems to cause lethargy.
4) Epi-Andro RX: one of my goals is to try to keep body fat gain to a minimum while lean bulking, so it sounds like this might be a good option. However, some of the side-effects (hair loss, excessive sweating, and prostate enlargement) make me a bit cautious Also, it seems like dry joints would be a common side-effect, so I'm not sure how that would work while trying to lift heavier weights during a bulk...
5) 4-Andro RX: from what I understand, this one would be the best of the three for helping to boost lean mass gains. However, I seem to be gyno-prone, so I'm not sure if this one would be a good idea.
Although it is generally not recommended, perhaps extending the cycle would be an option (like I said, I know that this is generally not recommended, so I'm looking for input):
6) 8 weeks of Halo Extreme: I would dose it 75 mg per day, or perhaps 100 mg for a few weeks. Most people say to stick to only 6 weeks of methylated prohormones, but others argue that extending the cycle by 2 more weeks is acceptable as long as you are 1) experienced and 2) are taking support supplements.
7) A stack and then a bridge: Use one of the 3 non-methylated prohormones I mentioned previously in a stack with Halo Extreme for 6 weeks. Then, I would drop the Halo Extreme, continuing the non-methylated prohormone for 2 weeks but at a higher dose...all in all, it would be 8 weeks total
I'm not really sure what to do here. I really liked Halo Extreme, and I would like to run it again, but I would also like a bit "more" and to experiment a little bit this time. Really, I'm looking for a cycle / stack / bridge that will:
-add lean mass (about as much as last time, preferably a bit more)
-help minimize body fat gain during the bulk
-not put me at a great risk for gyno since I seem to be sensitive to that
