Super DMZ 3.0 Stack Run !!

I was going to run the Monster Mass Stack for my next cycle run, but when Super DMZ 3.0 came out, I couldn't resist so I am going to run that instead. Past cycles have crazy good when runnin Alpha-1 stacked, so looking for crazy next run with the 3.0 stack. ! Heres my cycle lay out , any tweaks or suggestions appreciated. I will be starting the cycle first of February. I will try to do a log once a week on cycle, if not couple times a week.



Cycle - Weeks 1 - 4
Super DMZ 3.0 - 2 caps daily

4-Andro - 2 caps daily
Advanced Cycle Support - 2 caps daily
Eradicate - 2 caps daily

PCT - Weeks 5 – 8
Clomid - 50mg ; nightly prior to bed (Nolva 20 mg ; if gyno present)

Ultra Male - 1 cap daily ; prior to bed
Advanced Cycle Support - 2 caps daily
PCT - Weeks 8 – 10
E-Control - 2 caps ; nightly prior to bed
Advanced Cycle Support - 2 caps daily
PCT - Weeks 8 – 13
Ostra Rx - 2 caps daily




 


4 week run will consist of 2 caps 3.0 , 2 caps 4 andro am & pm dosing. 2-3 caps acs and 2 caps eradicate will be 5-6 hours after first dosing of 3.0 and 4 andro. I like to space them out. Following stack will be my pct.


I will try to be as detail on how the effects I “feel” are, as well as any negitvie symptoms I might get. Usually don’t have any though. This will be my first log of a cycle, usually don’t, so it might suck until I get a few logs under my belt. Always drinking around 1.5 -2 gal of water a day, so should be enough during this run.


I will do a more detailed log including meals and workout in another log in the future. This will just be the “effects” of super dmz.


Day 1


Took first handful of pills. Lifting later on tonight after second dosing. I will post my starting cycle weight when I get back from the gym.


Tonight is high volume chest.


Looking forward to a crazy run !!

Day 2
Thinking that it will probably be around day 4 or 5 before I feel anything. Usually around 5 days in the past. But never know may be sooner with 3.0 .
Starting weight was 185.5.
Still around the same today, I will post again when I feel the effects come on.
Tonight is arms so will see if there is a pump difference yet.
 
Day 3
Arm workout last night was pretty crazy. Ran the dumbbell rack and didn’t seem to want to stop. I think it was just one of those days. It couldn’t be kicking in already could it ?!? ill give it a few more days to really know.
One thing I notice is my water intake. Usually 1.5 – 2 gal off cycle. But during this cycle so far it seems to be more since I have a dry feeling, which means more water, fine with me!!
Appetite has gone up. Got that feeling no matter how much I eat I don’t get a full stomach. Which means more steak, eggs, and burgers !!! maybe thinking this could be from running 2 caps , where as some one 1 cap logs don’t have any feelings until a few days later. Idk .
Ill post todays weight tomorrow after I weigh tonight.

 
Day 3 weight is 188. Up almost 3 lbs. increased appetite is the biggest factor right now. Bring it on !
 
Day 4 - Rest day, weight was the same right around 188. Had my “cheat day” , burgers and a buffet so it was a full day of shitty food
Day 5 – Weight is 189. Keeps on slowly climbing. The hunger factor is becoming more and more known, which is fine since bulking. The strength factor of 3.0 is definitely there ! Blasted my pr on bench and couple other exercises. Wanted to keep pushing more weight , but my body was telling me to stop vs doing some damage.

 


Day 7


Weight is 192 . Starting to feel that “pumped” feeling and look that others have logged. 4 hrs after workout and still got the pumped look. Viens are showing more. Usually don’t have viens popping as much but now a little more. Still moving up the weight from more strength gains. Pretty good so far!
 
Forgot to add. I think the biggest difference I seem to feel is the appetite. It makes you want to eat non stop for having that hungry feeling. Which is good for me trying to bulk with 3.0 . Just curious to see how much weight gain is after the 4 weeks. Eating around 6 meals a day , not including the protein shakes, etc... 3.0 is helping out with the bulking aspect of putting on weight. For sure !

 
Day 9
Weights @ 193 . Strength is still the biggest factor. What I like so far about 3.0 is the hunger. For me trying to bulk it really helps with the weight gain. I guess we will find out after the cycle what I can manage to keep on. But still have short three weeks left of the run ! Keep it comin !

 
Update
Woke up two days ago and have sensitive nips. No lumps oranything like that. Just got sensitive nips. Running nolva now to take care ofthat while continuing cycle. Ill run the nolva until the sensitivity is gone.
I think im goin to change up my pct serm. Going to try Toremifene. Used clomid few cycles ago andhad headaches and dizzy. But everyone reacts different. So going to go withToremifene. Probably wait around a week or week and a half after my cycle tostart my Toremifene for my PCT. That being if I have to run nolva for an extendedtime. Just want to make sure the nolva is out before I throw in the torem .
Still at 2 capsdaily.
I will updateafter workout tonight . it will be my day 11 update.

 
Fyi …..For me I think it’s the dmz. All other cycles ivedone.. alpha, mde, tren, and other older stuff that is no longer around neverhad any problems with. I think it’s the dmz as it’s my first time with the dmz.But like I said different ppl react differently.
Not gonna panic as it is just puffy nips. But thought I wouldexplain a little for anyone following the log or wondering about 3.0. beingsits just puffiness and the effects with 3.0 are great , still moving forward !!

 
Ever consider running nolva as your pct serm?



Yea I was goin to run it for a pct. But saw on another logabout puffy nips and to take nolva to cure it until its gone. So just was goingto use something different for the pct. Hopefully the puffiness goes down quickthen I can stop and re pick it back up for my pct. Otherwise will probably usethe toremifene.

If I used the nolva it could be using it up to 7 weeks. Dependingon how long it takes for the puffiness to subside. Hope that makes sense ha

Doctors prescribe it for much longer than that..
 
Day 14 –
Two weeks into the run, and it has been a good one so far. Weightis 194. So up 9 lbs from the start. Pretty good. Goal is to get around 15 fortotal cycle weight should be easily done with almost 10 lbs in the first two weekswith two left! Hunger still up, been a little lower than normal, but upped thewater intake so might have something to do with it. But still eating like ahorse. Rest day today, so no workout updates. Biggest thing for me is strength andthe pump on 3.0, also noticing some nice lbm ! Still at 2 caps daily. Upped theacs to 4 caps daily.

 
Day 18-
Weight has fluxed past couple of days hit 196 but at 195now. Hoping to get to 200 by the end of the cycle. 15lb would be a hell of agoal for me from starting this cycle to where I am at now. Strength is reallygood ! Still @ 2 caps.

Final Thoughts –
I’ve been off of 3.0 for about two weeks. Ending weight was199. So a hell of a good cycle run! I waited a few weeks to post to give a
report for going thru my pct and seeing for holding weight gained during cycle.


Currently two weeks into pct, im still holding strong at198. So as of now im holding everything I gained during cycle. I contribute itto
just still eating like a horse, and training hard.


Biggest positive for me on 3.0 was the massive strengthgains. That is one thing I have noticed with cycling off of 3.0 was not havingthe
same strength levels. My weight lifted per exercise is about the same. Justdon’t have that alpha feeling of lifting and everything feeling
real light.Highly recommend 3.0


I did see some lean muscle gains as well as strength. Didseem to have a harder muscle look as well. As some others have mentioned withnipple sensitivity, I did have some on cycle and about a week in my pct. But thathas subsided. For me lethargy played a part but upped my dosage of 4 androwhich helped. Add few more hr of sleep, well tried to and that helped too.

Main thing I take away from 3.0 keep eating all the time anddrinking water 24/7. Helps with staying hydrated and keep packing on theweight. Overall great product, defiantly keep it in the stash.

Looking for a summer run. Thinking of running a biggerstack. Going to step it up a notch!!
