try creatine. when i had back pumps taurine didnt do shit. i think i probably should have preloaded that then maybe it would have helped, but i read on a a forum that creatine could help and it worked like 3 days after taking the stuff.
150 mg's the first day then 50mg's everyday after that. I would suggest 50 mg's 3x a day the first day as my friend took all 150 mg's in 1 dose and felt quite nauseas

alright rspete we r finally on the same page. the whole time i was stating that deer antler is ineffective,not igf-1. igf-1 is effective but we were discussing deer antler which is an oral spray. we were not discussing strictly igf-1. keep up with the conversation. ty

2 things. first off i spent hours researching this stuff long ago-its completely useless. 2 go to blackstone labs and look what all the moderators said about it. they just confirmed what i found out long ago-againthat its useless.
"fairly accurate results?" your in luck lol. get the meta cal body fat calipers ($5) and do a 3 point site on yourself. if your honest with yourself you can get within 1-2%bf. they work just as well as the lange calipers that i use with my clients and they cost about $220 never would have spent...
