Starting weight 214 upon waking. Will try to get some pics this week.
Workouts will be weights 3x a week total body. Cardio 2-3 times a week HIIT cardio.

Good workout. Best pump in a while. Weight still 215 but increased vascularity.

watched it myself...really impressed with shawn rhoden...watched him progress over the last few years and he is a great guy, talked with him multiple times and very down to earth and focused...see great things in his future.
Cyanostane stack is the way to go. You'll be fine pct wise with the stack since its only 4 weeks.
Id get osta and bridge with it. Start it on 3rd week of cyano and you'll finish it halfway through pct. You'll have a very good run this way
