Pec dec x 5 finished with 190*20
Inc db presses x 4 finished with 75s*10
Hs flat press x 4 sets
Cable cross overs x 4 sets
Underhand tricep ext x 5 sets finished with 90*25
Over hand tri ext x 4 sets finished with 180*15...
Shoulders on sat
Back on Sunday with 30 min cardio
Didn't keep track of workout but both days I handled the most weight since surgery.
Starting in oct I have a freak stack planned...b ready :D
1. spread them out am and pm if at all possible
2. just stick with 2 pills everyday of the DMZ 2.0
3. I would recommend staying away from all drugs while on cycle or any other time...drink in moderation but remember that SDMZ 2.0 is toxic itself to the liver, this being said, i personally avoid...
im a fan of saving creatine for pct...reason behind it is mental, bc your still taking a new supplement and mentally your "on" something so you continue to train hard...as for preworkout, if your tolerant then maybe a break for a few weeks...will help keep cortisol levels down during cycle bc of...
The good thing about noxi pro is my body never got tolerant to it like others. I started with 2 scoops pre workout and probably went through 3 tubs staying at that amount. And it taste good!
