    Ok guys a little update this was day 1 of my 3rd week and the great news is my arms today after chest and tri's measured 14.75 a SOLID 14.75" with the orbi tape! thats a full 1/2" bigger than I started with! last time I checked my morning weight fresh from waking up was yesterday at 149lbs...

    Arms measured dead on 14.5 without a pump with my orbi tape so making progress there they have been 15 in the past hope to see that again in the next couple weeks! btw .25" of a gain isn't bad IMO just barely over a week into this

    ok guys just went and ate a TON of stir fry and I wasn't really hungray lol brown rice and a ton of steak strips and 2 glasses of water..anyway this is a NIGHT weight but I tipped the scale at 152.5 in my gym shorts only! maybe it's starting to come! surely my morning weight won't be under...

    I do feel a tad stronger i just feel like if I eat anymore it's just gonna be fat. I'm spending ATLEAST 1 1/2 hr in the gym and doing compound movements primarily. I'm not saying the product is crap I guess i just had in my mind to gain about 5lbs the first week. maybe I set the bar too high...

    Ok finished week one and got on the scale this morning right after I got up and was 147.5..up 1lb lol.

    day 5 now and I stepped on the scale this morning right after i got up and was 145.5 down 1lb? have done 1 1/2hr everyday and ate a little more than usual always ate breakfast, good lunch and dinner and protein bars and protein power and creatine after my workout.

    running anabolic matrix at 4 caps daily with dmz 2.0 is this correct or no??

    bottle says 2 caps anabolic matrix twice daily so 4 caps total so why does everyone just run two daily with dmz 2.0? i took 4 yesterday total need advice, thanks

    See you took 2 caps daily of the anabolic matrix when the bottle says 2 caps TWICE daily..could someoen tell me why people are only taking 2 caps daily instead of the suggested 4 caps? and your recommendation on whether I should follow the bottle and take 4 caps or just take 2 caps daily..thanks!

    thanks guys! only thing I may change is take the 1st cap of dmz at lunch instead of breakfast that will put it fresher in my body for my workout at around 4:30 whatcha think?
