Ok my dmz 2.0 blog just atarted the cycle today.

Ok guys as of this morning right after I got up I was 146.5 lbs and arms are 14.25 have been over 15" in the past but have had injuries etc that lost a lot of my gains these measurements are from a orbi tape so it's dead on and right now only at 14.25"

Ok here is what I did as far as how i took the supplments

1 cap dmz 2.0 at breakfast

2 caps anabolic matrix at breakfast (i see some guys only take 2 caps daily? why? it says two caps TWICE daily) did I take too much?

approx 3 hrs later I took 4 caps of cycle assist (it says 4 caps twice daily so 8 caps total I know sucks!)

ate a good lunch...

right before I left work I took 1 cap dmz 2.0 and 2 more caps of anabolic matrix..worked shoulders then ate dinner and down the other 4 caps of cycle assist..


look ok!? excited about this run! i know you can take everything all at once but I feel better seperating things giving it being SO many pills.

Definitely keep taking the cycle assist separate from the DMZ. Hope your cycle goes well bro!

Bellow is what I'm currently running. I just finished my 4th week, and I'm up 11 pounds. I started at the same weight as you btw. My bench rep went from 185 to 205 lbs. I hope this helps. Remeber to drink a gallon of water a day.:D

A gallon is not enough imho, I drink more than that even when OFF cycle. I'd recommend you drink a water bottle (16-20oz) when you wake up, before bed, and before AND after each of your meals throughout the day. I usually eat 7x/day - I'd rec. shooting for 1.5 gallons (192oz) of water per day for optimal health and results from the orals..

He used 2 caps daily, so that he could also incorporate that single bottle of AM in his PCT, which really isn't completely necessary when UM is already in there.

day 5 now and I stepped on the scale this morning right after i got up and was 145.5 down 1lb? have done 1 1/2hr everyday and ate a little more than usual always ate breakfast, good lunch and dinner and protein bars and protein power and creatine after my workout.

You're probably burning a few more calories in the gym than you're used to. Up you clean calories a bit. Week two you will definitely start packing on the lbs with DMZ.

Arms measured dead on 14.5 without a pump with my orbi tape so making progress there they have been 15 in the past hope to see that again in the next couple weeks!

btw .25" of a gain isn't bad IMO just barely over a week into this
 
Ok guys a little update this was day 1 of my 3rd week and the great news is my arms today after chest and tri's measured 14.75 a SOLID 14.75" with the orbi tape! thats a full 1/2" bigger than I started with! last time I checked my morning weight fresh from waking up was yesterday at 149lbs.

pretty stoked about the arm size though my arms years ago were at the 15 mark if not a little over from what I remember so getting close to what they were again and fast with this 2.0

I'm not gaining a large amount of weight like most not sure why i'm probably not eating enough but I will continue to post my exact results and progress but I def feel my strength is up I feel great!

Ok guys update:

WOW! strength is through the roof! did legs today after not going to the gym yesterday and I was a lot stronger this is the 3rd week and in the past couple days I have noticed that my boys finally shrunk up a lot and it hasn't been until now that I've really felt a difference but it def took hold I was powering through my leg workout with a lot more weight like it was nothing!
 
Sounds like you achieved your goal. thats good man. Dmz can do some pretty amazing things if your diet is right and food intake is high.

update, weight is up a little more I'll check in the morning as usual and post it I'm nearly finished with this cycle and got 205lbs on flat bench today never tried it before but it went up pretty good!

Ok guys I just took my last 2 anabolic matri pills a long with a super dmz pill and there is 1 more dmz pill left..not sure if I got off a little or there was an extra one..so I will take that tomorrow and start my pct after tomorrow.

question how do you take that clomid? just squirt 50ml in your mouth and wash it down with water or what? mix it with food? when to take it etc..any info on pct appreciated!
 
You dont wanna drink 50ml, one serving should be 1ml/1cc for 50mg clomid.

I just drink liquid research chems. I wash them down with water or a drink because they can have a bad aftertaste.
 
ok so take 1 ML or 1 cc of the clomid a day and my ultra male rx pill along with my cycle support.

correct?
 
last i weighed a couple days ago dry weight in the morning AFTER a piss LMAO i was 151.5 in my bday suit i didn't gain a lot of weight but i tell yeah whati gained i think is good weight guys. and 5 lbs of muscle if that happened is pretty awesome imo.
