Not to be critical, but I agree with beast. 6'4" and 160??? EAT!! Clean that is and That paired with proper training should give you some good size. Not to say you couldn't use a PH but diet, training, and sleeping should all be perfectly in line first and it sounds like you may not be eating...
thanks EB. Day 7 everything feels normal. Did some fasted cardio, shoulders later in the morning and then some more HIIT cardio. Getting all the meals and water in as usual.
