    I noticed that as well with me. I started doing my barbell rows with my back parallel to the floor with a real wide grip I feel it in my lats soooo much more. I used to only have a slight bend and pull up toward my waist. I do like doing chin ups tho :D

    What about rep wise? What do you do with that once you increase? Lately I've been doing somewhat of what EB suggested and for decline bench for instance I did this: bar x 15, 95x12, 135x10, 155x8, 185x5, 205x1 Would you try to keep reps the same and just increase the weight each increment?
