Interesting to hear. Was there nothing there before at all? I'm currently on my PCT and just finished my Nolva, and am now just doing ACS and e-control. I thought perhaps that you didn't run e-control 2 weeks past Nolva so maybe there was estrogen rebound, but I see that isn't the case...

Should I wait until after I am completely done with pct? (After last two weeks of e control?) just found this new pretty high volume training routine I had customized for me. It's a 6 day a week with one day of heavy 4 reps 3 sets compounds. Would that be a bad way to train during pct?
Not sure if I want to cut anymore after I'm done with my PCT. Kinda want to start a nice long lean bulk in an attempt to put on 20 pounds lean mass. And hopefully stay under 15% body fat
Haha I'll try! I find that my weight fluctuates a lot so I think it'd be hard to monitor an increase of only .5 a week. Pretty sure my weight fluctuates a couple pounds depending on time of day!

I'm sure the clen helped me retain muscle since I was at such a large deficit. Alongside the halo, allowed me to not only keep my LBM, but also move up a few pounds!
Really good. I like the split, it makes the progressive overload really easy to understand. You do various rep ranges, take 8-12 for instance.
If you do 3 sets and the top one hits the max (12) and the other to are both in the 8-12 zone, you move up in weight. If you don't get all three sets...
Yeah the calculation was for 182 pounds. Also switching my lifting style to an upper lower split 2x a week,, MT-ThF Gonna focus on getting my numbers up for a while
I don't need to reverse diet do I? I'm at 2000 right now and figure I'll hop back to 2700 calories for maintenance. Can I just go from 2000 to 2700 one day? Also don't think I'm gonna do keto but I'll bring my fats up. How high do they need to be for PCT?
