I would not take anything for a while. Your body will normalize. You can always get labs but its likely too early as the SERM was very recently in your system which will skew the results.

You may need to look at your diet brother. Even natty you should be improving so my guess is that there's something off with your diet. All IML products are tested at the manufacturer for purity and potency. Adjust macros up a bit and track protein intake as well.
