Kai was my favorite this year; he looked fucking ridiculously huge and the most conditioned I have ever seen him. However, Phil is a freaking beast and is going to be hard to beat from here on out.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Oats... this is my jam!
You will need:
1 cup of oats
1 1/2 cups of water
1 scoop of chocolate whey protein
1 tbsp. of all-natural peanut butter
1 banana (optional)
1 packet of stevia (optional)
