So I'm about to finish a cycle that looked like this:

Weeks 1-6
Halo Extreme - 3/Day
Osta Rx - 2/Day
Advanced Cycle Support - 2/Day
Anabolic Matrix - 3/Day

Weeks 3-6
Cyanostane - 2/Day

I have one bottle of Ultra Male and 1 bottle of E-Control as well as about a half bottle of Advanced Cycle Support. I'm wondering how to take these once my cycle ends next week? I've heard to take 1 Ultra Male per day and am wondering how many E-Control to take a day? I've heard to take 3/day and I've heard to only take 1/day. Which is correct? And do I start both of these at the same time the day after my cycle ends?

Also, I want to get some high quality creatine that won't make me bloated, any suggestions on this? How long after my cycle ends should I wait to start taking the creatine? Can I take it right away? Any other good supplements anyone recommend I take until I start my next PH cycle (which by the way will probably be this same Halo, Cyano, Osta cycle, I love it)?

Thanks guys!

the day after you run out of PH's start your pct. Take 2 acs daily, 1 Um and 3 e-control at bedtime. Stay away from creatine monohydrate if you don't want to get excess water retention. I am using controlled labs Green magnitude right now and I like it for the $. By the way, no need to stop taking creatine....ever. As for other good supplements.......lots of good clean and lean food.:D

I've been going back and forth on taking either clomid or nolva, leaning more towards nolva actually as I've heard it's better for curbing estrogen (bitch tits), which I've had a slight problem with naturally, not bad though. The problem is that I'm in London working on a film and am not sure about buying a product online from the UK. What do you think? I've also heard that it's not nessacery with Halo/Cyano? More so if you are taking DMZ and things of that level.

What dumdum told you that? A SERM is a necessity for any hormonal cycle, imho 10x more needed than any cycle support supplement.

Okay thanks man, I'm sold on SERM. Any recommendations for Nolva and should I start it the day after cycle? Does it help get rid of any BT that you have gained?

Also, any recc's on a good cutting supplement? I've been eating incredibly clean and healthy

Basically my diet consists of:

Breakfast:
Non-Fat Cottage Cheese, Blueberries and 1 scoop of Almond Butter

Mid-Morning Snack:
Protein Bar

Lunch:
Kale or Spinach w/Chicken or Smoked Salmon

Mid Afternoon Snack:
Protein Bar or Chicken and Low-Fat Hummus

Dinner:
Kale or Spinach w/Chicken or Smoked Salmon

My experience with creatine pills has not been good. Many manufacturers like to use alpha ketoglutaric acid as the (fake sugar) pump mechanism to fascilitate getting it in to your muscles. A) it seems to dry soft tissue out no matter how much water you drink and B)seems hard on the gastro intenstinal system. That my personal experience. I hate eating sugar, but when I swithched to normal creatine powder with dextrose (slightly better form of sugar for pumping the creatine into the muscle, chemical bond wise, miniscule difference) all those symptoms went away. Real dextrose really helps to bring you around after a workout and spiking insulin levels around a good workout seems to make sense too for Tes production. Anyways, this is my experience with "pilled" creatine. I'm sure the moderators will correct any ill advice I've given. I gave away 4 bottles of creatine tabs. That's how much I don't like them.
