lean fuel extreme will def help..but outside of a supp to help you can make your meals smaller and more of them and space them closer in timing...so instead of 5000 cals over 5 meals..make it over 7...this tends to help me from getting that "cant wait for the next meal feeling"..also if allowed chew some sugar free gum when you get a hunger urge..

A few pickles and a tomato wedge plus black coffee for me.

Man its so hard to find the ideal compound to do this and have a successful run. Heavy gave great advice but still boils down to discipline on diet man. Is that the answer you were looking for no, however even though it sucks is so true. Even a legit ephedrine won't help if you don't stay strict on your diet brother. You can do it man. Just don't starve yourself from your crave foods, keep them down to a couple small bites to get your fix and keep on trucking. This is what I do and finding it to be very helpful. For example I crave chocolate right before I go to bed like a pregnant woman does pickles and ice cream, lol. So I keep a stash of bite size hershey's, have two and I am good. This is just an example as your and everyone else is different. Have that craving, just keep it small and disciplined and you will ENJOY your cycle and goals will be met ny brother. Hopefully I am not the only black sheep on this. Lol.

I eat a small amount of dark chocolate almost every night.

I agree man. Something about chocolate curves all cravings for me. I am not a big junk food I.e. hamburgers, chips etc..., but a sweet tooth the size of Texas. Lol.

Log every bite that goes into your mouth, and weigh everything. Stay away from processed foods, and any complicated recipes that you can't define the macro contents in. If you have any cravings for junk, make sure you have an alternative for those occasions. If I crave pizza, I make my crust out of cauliflower. If I crave chocolate, I keep sugar free alternatives on hand. As long as what I eat gets logged, and it falls within my daily calorie deficit, I allow myself little pleasure. Never anything refined, or processed though.

Also, have yourself some low calorie belly buster meals that will fill you up. For example: 6 oz of cabbage, 1 cup whole wheat pasta, 4 oz lean chicken breast, and season with garlic salt. You can add a little olive oil if you like. I don't, and this meal really fills me up, and it's only around 300 calories.

Good luck...

Terry
