Autodoc's 6 wk. Super DMZ 2.0 log

Quick day 24 update. Today was another Micro day. Started off with shoulders. Been getting comments left and right about how much mass I've put on in such a short time. Also received a couple of the "how's that juice life going" haha. More than satisfied with the visual results thus far.

Weight this morning was 180.2. Still up +18lbs. since day 1. Have decided to run the Trenabol so this shall be a lil over 10wks. at the cycle in the end. Going for 6 caps daily. After all is said I'm done I'm aiming to be a solid 185 at same BF %.

6 caps of Trenabol is a very hefty dose for most anyone. Have you taken Tren products in the past and at what dosages? Maybe you know exactly what you are doing but this has me a bit concerned. TheNeck has a log started and he is stacking cyano with Trenabol, he is 285lbs and he is taking 4 caps ed of trenabol........At 6 caps you will most certainly get night sweats and tren/deca dick for sure. Hope you are planning on a long and heavy hitting PCT. Great gains so far!
 
The sleep was just as bad for me at 6 caps as it was at 4. I definitely felt a lot more positive effects from the 6, I would even try 8 if I were to give a second try, but no way without a Rx sleep-aid. Even at 4 I was waking up almost every hour of the night for no reason. The end of day 9 I was up for 3 hours straight and called it quits at that, it was unbearable and causing more bad than good.

Hmm. Good looking out. I already have natural sleep probs. Normally wake up 3-4 times throughout the night. Sleeps been better since taking PWO + DMZ amazingly. Just tire myself out so much more now I guess. Don't want it worst than this so I'm going to look into that. I'm deff going to mess with the dosing.

No. I haven't taken Tren products in the past. I have been doing a lot of research on the compound. Seems some are even adventurous enough to ramp up the dosage to 150mg. I'm going to start at 90mg. and make my way up to 120mg. I don't think I'd need to go any higher than that, but I'm going to go based off what my body is telling/showing me. Yes though. Going to keep caber on hand just in case. But thanks bro. Trying to keep the gains flowing in how they have been.


Day 25 weight. 182.0 (+20lbs) with more than 2 weeks of the DMZ togo and 6 weeks overall still left. Today's a Chest day(strength workout). Received a couple of messages about my exact diet/workout plan so by tonight I'll have up what I eat and what times I eat with macro breakdown.

Make sure to keep us posted with how the tren goes, I'd be interested to see if it messes with your sleep at all. For me it was unbearable (ZMA + Melatonin did absolutely nothing to help) , but others haven't had any sleep issues whatsoever.
 
Had a nice intense quick workout. Strength climbing at a faster rate. 275 on bb bench felt lighter than 225 did precycle. Did 95x10 on db press for my sets so a new pr there. Also 30lbs per side for cable flies for sets of 20.. New pr there also.


Make sure to keep us posted with how the tren goes, I'd be interested to see if it messes with your sleep at all. For me it was unbearable (ZMA + Melatonin did absolutely nothing to help) , but others haven't had any sleep issues whatsoever.

Day 28. Weight 185.0. (+23lbs.) Just off of weight gain alone, I'm more than satisfied with this run so far. Worst part is none of my shirts fit anymore haha. Don't get me wrong. Some of this weight is without a doubt water+fat. Haven't been eating the cleanest somedays. I'd rather always hit my macro's to ensure the 2.0 is always being utilized to its fullest. I know I can drop the fat so it's no big deal. Started implementing cardio into workout plan.

Starting training for a PL contest coming up. Have 2 months to add about 30lbs. to bench and about 50lbs. to raw squat. Bench is without a doubt do-able. The squats IDK since my discs are blah. We'll see. Also have to hover around 180lbs. too. That part I deff think is doable. Just gotta drop body fat.
 
Today was a chest day. Another Pr. 315X3. Up from 275X2 4 weeks ago. Pretty damn decent if I do say so myself. Goal was to be able to do 315 twice. Looks by end of the 10 weeks I'll be at about 315X8. Even though I feel I get the best gains even off cycle by increasing weight every week. I'm simply not going to work with more than 315 during this whole cycle to save my joints some pain.
 
I've been slacking on the pics. Been a bit busy. Managed to squeeze out 7 days of workouts this week still though. Weight this morning was 187.2. (+25.2 lbs). Dialing back the cals even more. Weight still going up like mad even though I'm only consuming about 500-800 over maintenance ED, now. Going to just hit maintenance over the next few days and see how my body responds.

Had no workout partner, So didn't try to set any PR's besides with cable flies(+5lbs per side). Did an Adrenolin style workout. Simple, but effective. A lot of flat benching and a lot of flies.

As of now. Biggest Improvements this cycle are my quads,calves, shoulders, and upper pecs. Which were all lacking precycle.

Day 32 - 186.2lbs .....Shit's about to get real... dropped my first dose of Trenabol today. So 14 more days of DMZ 2.0. Starting at 90mg per day. BP today was 110/65. Pretty Decent. Dialostic is lower than it usually is.

Today was a back day. Workout was all over the place due to gym being packed. Still fried my lats pretty decent.
Barbell rows of 185. Felt pretty good.
 
Day 33 of the DMZ. Day 2 of the Trenabol. I can't say whether it was something other than the Tren, But a couple hours after dropping the 3rd and 4th pill, I was having warm sensations after eating, more so in my leg area. Just felt like I was sitting in a room that was about 85 degrees, and was about to start sweating. Nothing alarming. Read about a thermo effect this morning, but I doubt already that's what it was.

Weight 184.4lbs. Down 1.8 lbs and it's Pretty weird. I ate a shit ton of food yesterday. Ate more carbs and protein yesterday than I normally do, Albeit was super clean, still know I ate in the 3500 cal area.

Todays a Leg day with emphasis on quads again. Supposed to be ham's, but my discs are flared up atm due to Vax-D.
 
That weight gain is crazy! Superb work! I'm thinking I'll run DMZ for my second cycle during winter. I'll be watching the rest of this as you complete the Tren. Awesome results thus far.

What weeks did you see ur biggest size/weight gains?

I saw the biggest visual difference Between day 14-21 I wanna say. Weight gains from day 7-21. It doesn't seem to taper off though. Just the fat/water gain has. Even though my weight hasn't changed much in the past week, I still see improvements visually. True test will be after Tren and I've lost the fat I gained and return back to regular BF%.
 
Day 36 DMZ Day 5 Tren. Weight 186.6 lbs.

Nothing much to note at this moment. Going to get a before pic up so you guys can see what six weeks of the Trenabol can accomplish.

Yesterday was chest day. After my barbell workout I managed to squeeze out 275 X 8. MOst likely could've done another, I just was winded. Fresh I deff could've done 9 no problem.

Ab's are starting to come back in. One thing I've noticed is that you can't depend on the scale all the time to verify results. As long as a I see changes in the mirror I'm satisfied at this point since I'm up 20+ lbs. My diet is getting better day by day and even though the scale doesn't show it, the mirror does.
 
Day 36 back pic. Couldn't get the person taking the pic to get a good shot so this is the best I have right now. Will update front side next chest work which will be monday.

Day 37 DMZ Day 6 Tren. Weight 189.8 lbs. I ate a pretty huge cheat meal around 9 while watching the heat game last night. Clean food, just a lot of it. Any other heat fans following this log?

What's wrong with it? and what dose are ya running? But yeah man. I'm starting to get sore joints too. Ran outta fish oil a couple weeks back and never got more until yesterday.
 
My macs are not right and im not eating enough im running msten 3 times ed & 4 anrdro 4 x ed my other sups are cool thou getting in about 4 workouts a week feel like I need more
 
Just listen to your bod bro. If you feel you can workout more times a week then do just that. I train a minimum 6 times a week. I hit each muscle group twice. It's what works for me.
 
Day 43 DMZ / day 12 Trenabol

Weight 188.2

I'm currently taking 120mg of the Trenabol per day btw guys. Not sure if I mentioned it. Muscle hardness is way up as well as vascularity. Can't even bend my arm all the way up BEFORE I work out. I eat the same thing consistently, and weight has been dropping slowly from 192. I have added eradicate though in also EOD. I believe the weight lost was just water retention. Shirts fit just as tight. Dumbbells are starting to feel lighter and lighter. Going to go for a new PR today benching. Finally got my own Iphone back from the shop so pics will be a lot more consistent again. Extremely pleased with this cycle so far. Yesterday was hanging out with a bunch of friends and a big group discussion came up about me and my steroid usage and how I blew up within the past two months haha. Wait till the a1m is thrown in the mix in a couple weeks :cool:

I would be very interested in seeing you blood work results just before you start PCT. Especially after you add the new BSL gear into the mix. You might see some pretty scary #'s after running such a long cycle of harsh orals.

Thanks bro. Appreciate it. I'm without a doubt getting blood work done after this cycle haha. I'll post it though no prob. Was going to get blood work done though 2 weeks after PCT was over. Depending on my financial situation at the time though I'd be willing to get it done twice. I'm only going to give the a1m a go if I like the results from Tren. If my bod isn't where I want it to be Imma save it for a future cycle. Probably sometime in the beginning of next year.


On that note though. Lethargy kicked my ass today in the gym. Only 2 more days of the DMZ so no worries there. Experienced NO shut-down whatsoever over these 6 weeks. Slight bacne, and lethargy here and there. No biggie. Managed 275X10 so strength is still increasing.
 
strength is increasing but im working through this with some tendinitis in my left arm my work outs are great but I pay for it ether that night or the next day, and I have experienced lethargy but not that bad
 
Ouch. Yeah I feel you. I believe I have a rotator cuff tear in both shoulders. I can't do any incline work in the beginning of workout or the rest of my workout is screwed.

Only thing I can say advice wise is to workout, and then workout some more. I do believe one can "over-train". However while on this specific cycle my recovery has been so quick. Taking 3+ day breaks in between working each muscle simply is too long. I Haven't stayed sore for more than a day upper body and 2-3 days lower body. Off cycle I'm usually sore about 3+ days upper body and legs for about 4+ days, usually 5. When that muscle feels rejuvenated is when I work it out again.
