I weigh 270, let's say I'm taking DMZ or 1-Andro, how much should I take a day? Are the serving sizes based on people not as big as me?

Depends on your goal. If bulking you could go 500 cals over maintenance daily.

When I say serving size I mean caps of the 1 andro or dmz, not food intake. Sorry if that was a little confusing!

I usually advise no less than 4 caps daily of each Andro because that seems to be where they really start kicking in. You may want to run 6 caps daily per Andro, but that can get expensive.

What about DMZ? Still only 2 or 3 a day?

For 4.0? You're a lot heavier than me and I take 3 a day.
