Hey guys, Have been really interested in taking a PH for months now, and i have spent countless hours on the internet reading up. Ready to take the plunge and this is what i have come up with:
First off, my stats:
Age: 22
Weight: 205lbs
Been lifting FULL-ON for about a year.
lifts at the moment are:
Squat: 275lbs
DL: 350lbs
Bench: 245lbs
Looking to gain some more mass + strength and also lean out a bit. Although because it is my first cycle i decided on a mild PH, ironmag labs Halo Xtreme.
Currently training four times per week(shoulders, legs, chest + tris, back + bis, with moderate intensity cario 2 times per week.
Eating around 3500 cals a day at the moment, will probably bump it up a bit on cycle though to maximize gains. have been bulking for a month or so now.
Week 1: 4 caps C.E.L Cycle Assist (pre load)
Week 2: 4 caps C.E.L Cycle Assist | 2 caps HALO xtreme(50mg)
Week 3/4/5/6/7: 4 caps Cycle Assist | 3 caps Halo xtreme(75mg)
Week 8/9: 20mg nolvadex | 2 caps C.E.L PCT assist
Week 10/11: 10mg nolvadex | 2 caps C.E.L PCT assist | 3 caps Lean Xtreme
>ZMA, fish oil and multi all the way through.
Not taking creatine, and unsure whether i will be using a pre-workout during the cycle. I may just start off without it and see how i go with everything, just to be sure.
As it is my first cycle i would rather be over-the-top cautious, and i hope i've done well with picking out what to stack in regards to cycle/post cycle support.
