So, soon I will be starting my next cycle. Running m-sten/cyano/4 andro for 6 weeks. I am debating if I want to keep eating clean and do a lean mass/cut cycle, or eat a little dirtier and just pack on the mass and worry about losing the excess weight after my cycle...

If any of you have run this stack, what route did you take? I'm currently leaning towards a mixture of the two. Eat clean for most of the day, but pack in my proteins and other "good, bad" (peanut butter, higher fat foods) at night. Will be staying away from the real shitty food, just may not watch my diet as closely as I have been. Any input?

Dirty bulking by definition means eating easy dirty food to get the calories and macros. So it sounds like you're more torn between counting calories or not counting calories... I'm a noob to hormones and only have used 3 compounds (osta, halo, 4ad). During my halo cycle I got most of my calories from double cheeseburgers and massive meals at boston market. That would be considered dirty. (I regret this by the way, and would say I'd go clean if I had the chance again). I'm having recurrent bowel issues now..

Well bowel issues is def something I would like to avoid, lol. Thanks for the info. I will be staying away from those foods regardless. Haven't eaten fast food type stuff like that in about 2 years, so that would definitely fu@$ me up.
