compeition in 6 months

Hey i was wondering im in my pct and got out of methadrol extreme.
How long will it take .to get it undetected out of my system for INBF testing. and the testosterone will that 3:1 be detected and make me fail? I have compeittion in 6 months.

From my understanding the duration prohormones stay in your system is hours, having said that to be safe I would stop a couple of days before the contest you are entering.

Androstenedione or Androstenediol are generally out of one's system in a week. Norandrostenedione and Norandrostenediol Nandralone is only present in the body in trace amounts unless one has used either of the Nors of the steroid Deca. Nandralone has been known to remain in one's system for up to three months.

I'm not 100% on this, but I think the INBF requires that you are 7 years clean. If they are still running like NANBF you will be subject to a polygraph test before competing and only the top 5 are subject to urinlaysis.
Personally I stick to NPC shows.
