I just started (2 weeks ago) on e-control RX. I actually bought the Halo extreme stack but have been hesitatnt to start it out, so I just decided to try 3 weeks of e-control first. As background, i'm a competetive powerlifter. I'm ranked very high for my age group (hold world record in total, sq, and bench)
Week 1: hit a 35 lb 1RM PR in squat. Hit a rep PR in bench.
Week 2: hit a 47 pound 1RM PR in bench
This week I go for 1RM in DL, so we'll see how that goes.
So, my question. I'm getting absolutely PHENOMENAL gains off just the e-control. I'm wondering if I even needed the Halo stack. And, if I do take the Halo stack, can I start it immediately after my 3 weeks of e-control are over? I have a meet in Dec. What's the best way to peak the stack so that I'm at my strongest on meet day?
Any other suggestions?
