Hey guys,
I just bought the Cyanostane stack, plus one bottle of Halo Extreme and one bottle of Osta RX. I was hoping on some recommendations on how to take the whole cycle. This was my plan for now:
FIRST 4 WEEKS:
Halo Extreme (2 Caps/Day for first 4 weeks)
Cyanostane (2 Caps/Day for first 4 weeks)
Anabolic-Matrix Rx - 2 caps daily
Ultra Male Rx - 1 cap daily
Advanced Cycle Support Rx - 2 caps daily
LAST 4 WEEKS:
Osta Rx (3 Caps/Day for weeks 5-8)
Anabolic-Matrix Rx - 2 caps daily
Ultra Male Rx - 1 cap daily
Advanced Cycle Support Rx - 2 caps daily
E-Control Rx - 3 caps daily (last 3 weeks)
I also have a large bottle of Tonalin CLA and 2 months worth of Animal Packs.
Workout plan: I'll be working on a movie set in London for the next 3 months and will not have access to a gym. I've bought myself weights for my room and through lot's of research have designed an intense hour long full body workout that truly kicks your ass to do on Mon, Wed, Fri and intense cardio & abs on Tues, Thurs, Saturday - Sunday is my rest day. I've worked out more or less consistently for 5 years. I did a couple cycles of Deca and 1 cycle of D-Bol back when I was in college.
Stats:
I'm 34 - 6'2 - 230lbs - about 20% body fat.
Goals:
Drop about 15lbs-20lbs of fat, get rock hard lean muscle gains.
I appreciate any and all input.
