DMZ 2.0 Diet Help

Sorry to bother you guys, and sorry if this is covered in another thread, I couldn't find one for my exact question. Need some help on my diet, running 2nd cycle of Super DMZ 2.0, loved my last cycle, with only side being cramps so I'm going to up my water intake this time around.

Weight: 160
Height:5'7
BF:10
Bench:270
Squat:350 below parallel

Cycle:

First 4 Weeks:
Super DMZ 2.0
CEL Cycle Assist
Ultra Male Rx

Last 4 Weeks:
CEL Cycle Assist
Ultra Male Rx
Clomid 50/50/25/25?

My main issue is my diet, I want to get to a lean 8%. Right now my caloric intake is REALLY LOW, only 1500, but my macros are around 60 protein, 30 carbs, 10 fat. I was hoping to gain muscle while leaning out on this cycle, maybe even ending it with a 6 pack, from the 2 pack I have right now lol. I'm happy with my size, I don't really want to bulk. So what should my caloric intake be on DMZ during cycle and post-cycle to reach my goals? Will be working out 5 times a week, and doing cardio 5 times a week (mix between LIIT and HIIT because I'm in a rugby league).

Answers are extremely appreciated!
 
Looks okay, I could never go that low on calories. How about adding 11-x to your cycle and a fat burner to pct?

Ok, I'll check 11-x out, and I forgot to mention I have a bottle of Lipo 6x, should I use that post cycle? Thanks for the response too!
 
I like that fat burner..what I use during pct. Personally I use fat burners pct and time off cycle. I don't like to run them on cycle do to unnecessary increase in BP.

Yeah I love it so far too, 2nd cycle of it. Would Stano be a good stack with DMZ? If so how should I dose it?
 
DMZ great by itself. Especially second cycle I wouldn't push it. Typically stano is used around 800 mg. I only mentioned the 11-x due to assisting with cortisol blocking and fat loss.

So for someone of my size, would 2000 be fine on cycle, and how much should I intake post cycle to prevent muscle loss?

I hope you have the right dosing protocol for the cycle... as you didn't really lay it out for us to see. Leave clomid at 50mg ed for WKS 1 - 4 of your PCT, then follow it up with E-Control at 3 caps ed for WKS 4 - 6 to prevent any chance of estrogen rebound, and in turn gyno.

For your diet, it makes NO sense... Zero, zilch. You say you eat 1500 calories/day but your macros are at 60 pro, 30 carb, 10 fats... that's only about a third of the 1500 calories. If that's the macros for one meal, I'd highly recommend adding two more meals in there for a total of 5, and a caloric intake of about 2500 (your est. maintenance is 2800 cals). Having your calories as low as you planned will crush your cycle results - hopefully you'll reconsider.

DMZ is more of a bulking compound. It's usable as a lean bulk but you may have more fun with it by increasing your calores and just killing it for 30 days. During you pct and time off you can focus on leaning out with diet/cardio/supplements.

First calculate your maintenance caloric intake. While on cycle try to keep slightly above maintenance. Pct and time off stick around maintenance or just under and increase cardio.

Search web for maintenance calorie intake. Formula is easy.
 
Start at 3,000cals per day in the form of high protein(50g per meal = 8oz meat), moderate carb(50g or so), and lower fat(less than 20g) foods. I.e: lean steak or beef(93% lean at least), chicken breast, eggs, salmon, low carb whey isolate protein powder, etc. As for carbs, sweet potatoes, veggies, fruits, rice, oats or oatmeal, and add some starches here and there like white potatoes or have some pizza or double cheeseburger(NOT from fast food joint) once or twice a week just for the extra cals and to be satisfied with the diet and clean eating the rest of the days. If you aren't gaining enough, add about 10g protein to each meal for 1 week and re-assess your weight/gains. If it still isn't working, maybe add another smaller meal in between somewhere that it's convenient for you to make sure you can always eat the extra everyday. So many guys want to recomp and add muscle while dropping fat at the same time, then they always just end up getting disappointed because they are leaner but also end up looking smaller. You have to bulk then cut, bulk again, then cut, etc, until you get to your ideal physique/weight.

I would also advise against cutting or trying to lose fat during your PCT. Your body's test levels are already low, and your body is attempting to recover and return to a homeostasis from the cycle you just did. So trying to lose fat and still keep the muscle you gained from the cycle, with low testosterone levels, in a body that is far from being in a 100% anabolic state, is just not a good idea. You will lose weight and strength and get upset. Trust me, i've done it. Bulk up, train balls to the wall on the cycle, pound down all the clean food you can eat with only 1 cheat meal or 2 per week, do your PCT and focus on recovering and getting your natural hormones stabilized again, while continuing to train balls to the wall to keep all your gains, keep eating the large amounts of clean foods, THEN after you're fully recovered (i recommend bloodwork for this to be 100% sure), THEN run an OTC fat burner and alter your diet to drop some body fat. Osta Rx is an awesome product for cutting too that will help you, you will probably even gain a little muscle and strength while cutting at the same time.

Guess it depends on you. I am a clear endomorph so I usually do what I stated previously and it works well for me. I just have to look at food and I blow up!

Amazing response, thank you so much! Alright, I'll go for a bulk cycle then and save the fat burner for week 9. When should I take Osta, during, post, or week 9? Also, one more question :). Last Super Dmz cycle I ran at 2 pills a day and I experienced little to no sides, and I also didn't feel the DMZ kick in until the 2nd week. So I was thinking maybe I should up the dosage to 3 pills a day, but keep it at a 4 week cycle, would this be okay? If I do this, do I need to up my clomid dosages also post cycle? Appreciate it!

Save the Osta and use that as soon as you start your PCT. It will help a LOT with maintaining your gains from the cycle, and honestly you'll probably even gain another pound or 2 of LBM from it. The stuff is awesome. As for the second question, 3-4 pills per day of the dmz 2.0 is the optimal dosing if you're shooting for as much mass and strength as possible, and I too did not experience sides even at that dose. So definitely bump it to 3 per day if you'd like. With the clomid, a 4 week PCT of 50/50/50/25 along with the Osta should be plenty for that. Just be sure to use E-control RX after the 4 weeks of PCT though. This will prevent the chance of estrogen rebound that some people get. I've seen guys make sick gains, keep a lot thru PCT, then about 1-2 weeks after their PCT ends, they start a thread asking about gyno and how they could have possibly got it, because they did a proper PCT. the body does not recover and stabilize its hormones within just a mere 4 weeks after a cycle, that's what some people don't think about. It is a process and takes some time.
 
Since we are on the topic I'd like to chime in.
I'm 6'4 238 36 yrs old.
I've never done dmz 2.0 my diet is 3500-4000 calories a day. 275-300 grams of protein and 175-190 grams of carbs.
Should I change anything up?

Protein is too high unless your prefer that much.

No additional gains are acquired with protein above the minimums.
 
Ok cool. I have a few shakes at 50g per a day. I suppose my question is what should I expect as far as results? And what's the back and ankle pains or whatever ppl are talking about?
