Dmz upping dosage

My friend started sdmz with me about 3 weeks ago and he wants to up the dosage the last week. From 2 pills to 3. He asked me but idk if that's safe. What would u guys recommend?

Just be cautious. I generally don't recommend people under 220lbs to go above the recommended 2 caps per day unless they're experienced.
