.like jus say for the Back...i'll do T-bar 5sets of 12,10,8,8,6,3...moving up in weight......Lat Pulldowns 4sets for 10,10,5,..moving up in weight ...Good Mornings 3sets for 10,10,10...same weight....Cable Rw 6sets for 8,8,8,10..moving up in weight....
