Hi, I been living with elbow pain since 2011, saw couple of doctors but they "aren't sure" as to what the problem is. Should I not start my cycle until the pain goes away?
I can usually workout after warming up because the pain goes away sort of.

^Those products above are beneficial, but beware you'll need to take it for several months... they start reaching peak effects around week 4-6. Joints, tendons, ligaments are incredibly slow healers.

actually, now that I think about it, Osta is effective at increasing bone density, so that may be a viable option as well. Could also help you burn some fat and build some lean mass until you're ready to cycle.

Curious about your elbow. I know you said you went to doctors, but you have no idea what may have caused your pain?

I've had "tennis elbow" related to working in a bindery -- loading conveyor belts by hand, repetitive heavy work. Complete rest (you can work the uninjured arm) and therapy helped a lot. Are you a fan of chiropractic? Might give that a go as well.

Good luck! Wishing you a full recovery.

I was doing reverse curls for the upper forearms in 2010 and ever since with the pain. Beginning of 2011 it went away but came back until now. I don't do reverse curls anymore.
