im currently running halo and DMZ right now its been 5 days when will i start to really see changes start to occur? i started at 178 lbs im 5'8.5 just finished wrestling season after cutting 40 lbs eating 6 meals a day 3100 calories
 
18yrs train 5 times a week chest,back,shoulders,legs,arms abs twice a week anything else??

At 18, the only supplement I am gonna recommend is food. Some others may want to chime in, but you have so much test in your system, you are a growth machine.

I will say that changes occur around week 3-4, so be patient. Post your daily diet up, be detailed and lets see how we can fix that and get some progress going.
 
at 18 yrs old you need to eat(sound meal plan)...sleep...train...you should see results very soon...i also wrestled and after a hard wieght drop i tended to rebound kinda slow...looks to me like your over training also..if i read it correct your hitting each bodypart twice ew...try once..i think you will see better results..

Your going to end up on TRT at a very young age if you don't reel it in until your a bit older.
 
i train each body part once but abs and calves are trained twice a week my diet is simpple and i usually eat the same foods having wrestled for 12 years im use to not eating everything but this is what i had today meal 1 6 whole eggs 1/2 cup oatmeal 1 apple meal 2 10 oz chicken 1/3 cup almonds banana meal 3 1 cup brown rice 8 oz chicken apple and 2 cups of grapes meal 4 will be a protein shake and banana for post workout meal 5 will be 1 cup brown rice and 8 oz chicken meal 6 8 oz chicken and 1 large sweet potato...i do snack on stuff sometimes like granola bars and maybe a cookie here and there
 
drink at least a gallon water a day too if not more
 
Protein and creatine are going to do a lot for you at your age.

At 18 your body is producing a high volume of testosterone. You are in the midst of your natural growth jump. I would just stick to protein and creatine and eat your ass off.

i guess i will jus finish this cycle and just stick to the basics but i want to get the most out of this cycle

okk thanks and i have another question ive been getting headaches during my workouts some ppl says its normal is there anything i can do to stop getting them?
 
If you have our Advanced Cycle Support up it to 3-4caps e/d. If not look into some Hawthorne Berry.

ohh and how much weight will i gain with this cycle jus a estimate?
