Hello, I have past competed in bodybuilding and powerlifting for many years, I retired my suits many years ago. Have continued with hard training. At age 52 I have slightly consisdered getting back on the platform or stage for a redo, to see what I can do for fun. I have maintained my muscularity but with my age am def not as hard and tight as once was. My diet is clean, my supplements include a multivitamin/mineral, creatine, protien supplements. Not exactly sure where my bodyfat is, but I'm 5'1 and around 123lbs. I have never done any thing as far as supplements except for what I noted above. I have considered the halo for her or the halo extreme, and was also looking at the stack. My question is when the 8 week stack cycle is completed how long do you stay off the cycle before going back on it, and is there any post cycle effects such as with the mens prohormones where they need to take a rest to regain their testosterone production. If there is a rest inbetween the halo for her do you take how many weeks off, and then do another cycle and is there anything suggested to take on the off cycle to help maintain any of the gains.
