Too young and you need more research......no offense, but your post makes you sound like you are 13 years old.......eat food, drink protien, lift, sleep......repeat........save the cycles for later when you have gotten close to your natural potential.

have you gotten close to your natural potential?

have you gotten close to your natural potential?

Probably not, but I am 39 years old and have been in the gym for most of my life. At 22, I was killing the gym and making gains like nobody's business. Once you get a bit older, it gets harder and harder to make size and/or strength gains and a cycle of PH here and there helps you get through hurdles. Taking PH/DS/AAS at 22 yrs old is gonna screw up the OP's endo system and cause issues in the future. At 6 foot tall and 173, he has a lot of natural growth to do................

How does one even begin to understand what their natural potential is?

I think he was trying to make your point exactly - that everyone says lay off the hormones until you've "maxed yourself out naturally", yet nobody actually does that and just likes telling everyone else to do it.

Was reading between the lines there but I think that was the underlying message...

The other thing that I personally don't understand about that logic. If you've reached said magical "natural potential", that implies naturally you can no longer build/maintain past this magical point, so you would need drugs/PH/AAS to make further progress, which also means you would need drugs to keep said progress made, since, well, naturally you can't. So what's the point? Anything past that creates "unnatural" dependence and unnatural physical states, may as well throw in the towel. Get to "natural potential" and maintain naturally, and pat yourself on the back because you've won the game
I just hate to see these youngin's in their early 20's that turn to ph/ds/aas when they haven't even put their time in the gym or do homework on their diet, etc......jeez

strong disbelief in the existence of natural potential...

My diet is good eating 3,500 cals clean bulk ,workout is deadly.if I do everything rite I won't fuck up my endorc system right

Would u guys say for me to be garentee safe I should be getting blood work more often to know where I'm at?

I agree with Natural potential, with myself and clients. Especially younger ones.

I did not touch AAS and PH's didn't exist until my early 20's. Competed for 12 years naturally, won my share of shows, was ranked unofficially #1 in my weight class for several years without touching a drug..that is hard work..and "natural potential". It shows in my pound for pound strength and it shows in ANY athlete who built a solid foundation instead of just relying on drugs to build their physique.

However, I peaked around 185lbs...and no matter what I ate, how much creatine mono, or what I did, I could not put on more lean muscle. It was literally at the rate of a few pounds per year as I was trying to do it minus gaining a ton of bodyfat..since naturally it is much harder to shed. So after 2+ years struggling with this I decided to take the plunge on low dose AAS, and I don't regret my decision, but I also had a decade of research and studying before I ever laid a hand on one.

Anyways, my strength aggression, etc..in my teens and early 20's was so phenomenal that nothing compares to it proportionately. I personally think all young men should wait if possible until they have a solid frame and years of working out under their belt. But that is my personal opinion.

Long story short, I agree with Craig..I think this kid and alot of others jump on PH's too soon..not only that, but they have no clue what the hell they are doing, and in turn result to just asking others how to handle sides, etc..that is not research....Research is having a full understanding of the compounds before jumping on them.

Not jumping on, and saying wtf do I do now that I'm impotent at the age of 21 because i relied on asking 2 questions on a forum and had no idea wtf I was doing.
