Hey guys,
I'm starting a new stack tomorrow and I'd like help with laying the stack out over 6-8 weeks. I'm open to all suggestions. Also, would you add or subtract anything from this cycle? This is what I have:
2 Bottles Cyanostane
2 Bottles M-Sten
1 Bottle Osta RX
2 Bottles of ACS
1 Bottle of E-Control
1 Bottle of Ultra Male
Creatine Mono
CLA
Fish Oil
GNC Ripped Pak
Vitamin D
Here are my stats:
35 years old
230 lbs
6'1
20% body fat
Goals:
To lose about 20lbs of fat, gain lean dry muscle. I'm not a novice at PH's or lifting, I suffered an injury back in January and was cleared to start back at it a month ago. So I've been hitting it hard for the past 4 weeks and am now ready to do a 6-8 week cycle laid out however the experts on here see best.
