Hi I am new to all of this and have been lifting for a while but not getting the results that I am tryin to achieve. A friend told me that the Halo Extreme was a great product and that it was safe for women! I wanted to know if this was true, and if I needed to take any other supplements along with it? Also if there is a newer better product that anyone would suggest that is safe for a female? Thanks for your input! Hope to get some comments soon, ready to get this show on the road! :p

Safe is a relative term. In low doses it is safe for women. 1 cap Halo Ex daily.

Osta Rx is also a female friendly product.

Stay well hydrated while on these sups.

Yes, FYI Halo Extreme is a steroid, in case your friend didn't make you aware of that fact. Abelit legal, it's an oral steroid as its own active compound which also converts into the better known compound Turinabol once inside your body. You definitely do need to cycle these products, as you would any steroid, due to their hormonal effects and other negative effects on your body (Liver toxicity, cardiovascular stress, etc).

Not trying to scare you or discourage you at all, these are fine to take when you take a solid approach and are armed with the proper knowledge, just trying to make sure you know what you're getting into as these are steroids. Osta is a little different, and not a steroid, but I believe it was recently added to the banned substances of most sanctioning organizations for sports/bodybuilding/etc. I heard that but don't know for a fact. Osta is also a little less harsh on your body, even though Halo is mild itself.

Yes thank you, I am aware that this is a steroid. I am new to all this, I have been only using Myoflex whey protein, and I wanted to kick it up a notch. If you have anymore helpful tips I would be glad to hear them!
