Hey hopping you guys can give me some advice on so lifting programs you have had good success with.Im looking to gain some lean mass aiming to drop a little bf..Gonna start the dmz stack in a couple weeks in the program..I have never really went by any programs just went by feel.The only one ive ever tried was kris gethin's DTP 4 week program.Ive been lifting for 5 years last 3 have been focused mainly on powerlifting.I am 22 6' and 218lb. my bf % is somewere around 15%-20% right now.Any help would be awesome!!
