I've been looking for the answer to this but i cant seem to find out why if M sten is pure mythstenbolone why its safe to take 20-30mg and in previous versions of mythlsten 4-8mg was the max and warnings to not exceed due to hepatoxcity followed. Am i missing something can someone explain this please?

Go ahead and dose it at sub 10mg and tell us how much you like it. I dare you.
I don't know anyone who has liked it at such doses. That was the recommended when the compound was newly released a few years ago. I use it personally at 40mg with no significant adverse changes to my blood work.
