Hello all, need some advise from you guys. Trying to figure out what stack I want to run next.I keep seeing so many guys recommend different things, I'm totally lost now, lol.
Little background. 31 years old, been lifting since I was a teen. Currently at 6'1, 278lbs. Body fat is prob in the range of 13-17%. Yes thats a little high, but my fat ass was once over 340lbs, so I'm fairly happy with where I'm at. Diet has been pretty clean the past couple years, protein intake is high daily.
I'm looking to put on some more lean mass, and get more strength in chest and shoulder lifts. Ran Halo for 6 weeks, and currently half way through my PCT. Loved the results I got from it, and now want to try something a little stronger.
Was thinking of running m-sten/cyano, 4/6weeks. Was wondering if could run both at 4 though, didn't know how effective it would be for cyano? Also, I will follow my proper PCT again, so I was wondering if mg strength gains would remain, I know I will lose a little when I stop the cycle. Thanks in advance!
