Hello! I'm new here, so I thought I would make a little thread introducing myself. I was referred to this site by Irish_2003. After looking at the store for a bit I saw that it was right up my alley.

Short term goals on my current cycle (14 weeks)

Bench 405 (touch and go, we'll see about paused) Current-350? Haven't maxed in a while.
Squat 600, Current- 520 (just ordered my first pair of wraps and good belt, yeeeehaw!)
Deadlift 600 Current- 500? I suck at dead lifting, need to fix this

Age- Will be 22 this month.....woo!
Height- 5'9''
Weight- 210 @ 14% maybe?

Training: West side method

Current cycle-

Sus. @ 500 mg per week
Deca @ 500 mg per week
Trenazone @ 1 ml/day
Superdrol Jumpstart @ 20mg/day first 4 weeks

Supporting supplements and PCT is all thoroughly planned out! I'll likely get blood work done mid cycle to see how I'm doing.

Look forward to being apart of the forum.

Welcome bro. Deadlifts are a pain. For best results as far as going up in weight is change your feet position. What I mean is instead of the traditional shoulder width, spread your legs out further than should width, then bring to shoulder width, then closer than shoulder width and lastly as close together as possible. This works out different areas of the muscles needed for deadlifts, which will make you stinger able to lift more. I have been very successful using this method.
