I've been on Osta for 3 weeks and 2 weeks ago I've started to have some pain on my right knee. Pain is very bearable (4/10) but its been very irritating. I've read that Osta was shown to help joints/joint density so I dont think that may be the reason why. I was wondering if I should just take a break from doing legs a bit? Or continue and get some Flex RX? Thanks

lay off of squats and do leg press. when doing the leg press push using the heels only and use time under tension. count a 1-2-3-4 in and push with a 1-2-3-4 out. To push through pain when its in the ligaments or most likely its the tendon is just stupid. be smart and workout not stupid or you wont be able to work out. btw, not saying you are stupid just saying be smart. lol

also stop all impact cardio as well. if the knee still hurts when using the advice above then stop legs all together

Okay, I found out what the problem was today. Leg Extensions =\

Leg extensions IMO are best used as a prexhaust / warmup or as a finishing exercise at the end of your leg workout. High reps, with good tempo and obviously never lock you legs out. No need to train too heavy with this movement. Time under tension is more beneficial. Feel better bro.

ya i've been doing heavy leg extensions at the end of my leg workouts =\. Will switch to front squats!
