Prescription SERM with HALO instead of OTC?

I am reading about HALO all over the internet in many different forums they are saying that OTC products should not be used for PCT because they are not strong enough and that prescription Nolvadex should be used. I am switching to 75mg of Halo Extreme next week and continuing the rest of the cycle for a total of 6 weeks of Halo. I plan on taking e-control RX the last 3 weeks, should this be sufficient? I am also taking Ultra Male, Anabolic Matrix and Advanced Cycle Support.

A SERM is my first choice but UltraMale is also good.

Have used both after a Halo cycle, with the SERM I recovered quicker, but IML's stack does very well
