Razor Cuts and Water Intake

For maximal results, should I reduce my overall water intake while taking razor cuts?

Only for very short durations.

Diuretics work best if you use major amounts (2 gallons daily) of H2O for a few days then switch to a few days of low H2O and sodium. They are best used to target a comp date or maybe for a vacation weekend. I would not use a diuretic with low H2O consumption long term unless prescribed by a doc.
