i know they say to drink 1-1.5 gallons of water per day..but how do you guys do it? i would be peeing evey 5 minuites...
 
Even when you are not cycling oral steroids you should be drinking at least 1 gallon of water a day. If you are not doing this then you are most likely in a constant state of dehydration, which is not a good place to be. Add in oral steroids and you are putting your health at risk.

Personally if I dont drink at least 1 gallon of water a day I physically feel bad. The pump at the gym suffers as well, which really sucks.

Unless you have the bladder of a sparrow you will not be peeing every 5 minutes by drinking a gallon of water a day.

Man up and do it for your own health at the very least.
 
How do you not do it? It's not hard to just drink a tall glass of water every 1-2 hours, and two with each meal. I feel terrible any time I don't get over a gallon.
 
Been doing it for years. I always have a water bottle with me. I pee almost every hour or so though. LOL!
 
I haven't been keeping exact track of how much water I take in on my cycle but I have been drinking more than usual. I started making cups of green tea in the afternoons too, I drink it when I take my milk thistle.
 
At work I keep a 1G jug at my desk and fill it with room temperature water. The larger opening and the temperature allow me to chug 20+ oz at a time. Some days I'll finish it by lunch and will get another half-to-full gallon in by the end of the day, but some days I'll still have some left and will make myself kill it before I leave. Then at the gym I'm drinking another 32-64oz, 16oz in post-shake, then whatever else at home.

Weekends, however, are where my consumption declines, and I always feel worse for it.

And yes, at first you'll pee more frequently, but it does become accustomed to the increased intake. I go 60-90 minutes between head calls.
