day 20...took yesterday off kinda by accident...got a text right when i got to the gym my crew had a tee time in a little over a hour...so as i always travel with clubs and clothes at the ready..i left for the links..played better..so good thing..

2 days off is nothing unusual for me...sometimes i take 3 or 4..sometimes go 7 days straight..every year i normally take a full week off 2 times at least..summer family vacation and one of the major holiday weeks like Thanksgiving or Christmas..and i don't shrink into a dwarf or lose 98% of my strength..for longevity its best too take some breaks..somebody asked me the other day whats the biggest mistake most bodybuilders or aspiring bb's make??..over train...if you train alone and your passing 45 min even on a major body part..your either talking too much...resting too long..or over training..imo.

nothing major to report..feel fine..bp is fine..still good looking...still on 1 cap ed..

day 22...worked overnight last night..dont have too do it often but needless to say i went in at 7pm and got home at 6am...got a whopping 4.5 hours of sleep and woke up to loud ass teenagers tearing up the game room in some sort of full contact XBOX battle..

so i have been waiting for the fog in my head and eye boogers to clear out...looks like that is near...ate twice so i'm about ready to hit the gym...took my worked overnight pre-workout(70mg cap vyvance)and thats kicking in..so off i will go...

have no clue what i'm gonna do..prob something with machines as im not exactly highly motivated...but thats better then nothing...

i bumped my test dose back up a little...i was starting to feel that my test was a bit low...my diet hasnt been as stout the last day or two as i played golf both days and just dont eat what i normally would(i dont drink either-so plus..kinda)...

weight dropped to 237.8lbs from 239.4lbs last week...i'm really not surprised or concerned...combo of less food...overnight work bs stress...and my test dropping a little all played a role..

little fyi...if you run sdmz3.0 and some of the other IML products...its suggested in the stack to run 4-andro with it...what i described is the reason why(unless your on TRT)...these products for the most part are DHT derived..meaning your test levels will drop when you run primarily DHT derived compounds as DHT has a much stronger affinity for the receptor then testosterone that doesn't convert to DHT...4-andro by itself isn't a real strong compound...but it possess's the necessary amount to keep testosterone levels elevated while in the presence of these stronger DHT derived compounds...few people have inquired so i wanted to toss that out for info...
 
day 22...hit gym..wasn't feeling too perky then things picked up...great pumps..helps that i ate a fair bit today prior to going...what a novel concept..lol...

did chest and some light bicep work..first though i did some stretching...i'm about as flexible as concrete at times...felt pretty good to loosen things up a little...so training went as follows..

its cats like this that has made Youtube what it is....
 
Glad to hear you have been hitting the links! I just got a new Taylormade driver and tour 3 wood.......Im dying to get out. With the new driver and the fact that I am totally jacked on my winter bulk I bet I can hit the ball a mile right now!:p

day 23...all good...feel good...got some solid meals in today...then i went to the local chain gym and was quickly reminded its the first off the year...i didn't think a gym could be that crowded at 10am..grabbed a end of the Hoist cable machine and hung onto my spot..guy next to me was doing the same thing...we just traded off the rope..bar..and v-bar so nobody would take em...

didn't feel overly excited to train..but the hard pumps hit quick..that's one big plus too these type of compounds...it doesn't take much too get some very solid pumps...

hit triceps/traps/rear delts

i like to do rear delts separate with traps...as they work well in together...did bunch of tricep push downs and extensions with various rear delt stuff with what i could get too in the mob..

shrugs was dbs and standing on the seat of a lonely shoulder press machine til the manager asked me not to stand on the seat...i was done anyway and left..

bonus today was this gym is MILF central...but then it was ruined by some guy walking around the locker room in a camo jock strap....just the sight i didn't need to see...

i'm still on 1 cap ed...i feel inclined to go to 2 caps but will stick it out with one tell the end as i stated when i started the log...really cant get a accurate assessment on 1 cap ed if i go up now...so 1 it is...

i get out driven by guys half my size all the time...lol...i have a tempo issue to say the least..

feedback is critical too getting info out there that guys can relate too...learn and use to make the best decisions possible when they venture into new territory imo...we all learned from somebody at sometime...be it good or bad...
 
Great log. I've found my recent injuries to be a blessing in disguise in that it has broken me of my obsessive compulsiveness with training. I now know I can do light weight with higher reps, randomly take a week off, have training session with nothing but cables cause everything else hurts, but still keep my shape and size as long as the diet is good.

It can be a bit depressing thinking back on the weight I used to be able to use and certain exercises I did and wonder if ill ever be able to do it all again. But at the same time its fefreshing to know that I don't HAVE to do what I used to in order to keep what Ive got, and I never wouldve known that had it not been for my injuries. Bitter sweet.
 
^^^yep^^^your getting old like me NSP...lol..the GPS(grandpa strength system) training works...like Mr O Lee Haney always said...stimulate don't annihilate...
 
day 26...missed a few days of logging..my bad...got pretty tied up with kids games...work and all the normal bs...still at 1 cap ed...i got my test levels back up as i can feel that loving feeling again..since i dont keep track of pin days real close i kinda missed one in there..or two maybe..made up for the difference and things are lined back out now..

Overall outside of the gym i feel pretty much like i normally do minus the sdmz3.0..which is still normally a good feeling...the all day or most of the day alpha pumped feeling has subsided for the most part..this is pretty normal for these type of compounds unless your very new too the use of them..

Inside the gym is a different story..as the pumps are still very wowing and have that hard splitting feeling..its been awhile since i have had trouble taking my shirt on and off cause my arms felt jammed up..so that's def a good thing...

Smoked legs on Wednesday...bad DOMs..real bad..hurt to sit on the toilet..dropped something at work on the floor and thought i wasn't coming back up..that's what i get for skipping legs for a week and then pounding them the next..

Hit delts(front/medial) and some light bicep work today..didn't warm up enough..have a bone spur in my left shoulder that is down turned from a broken collar bone years ago..it tends to build up some calcium and junk on it and rubs my bicep tendon..idk if this is the best way too describe it but when i warm up enuff it makes a crack/pop sound and then feels fine..ortho said it the junk getting knocked loose...i know great medical analysis and description..hey i'm not a orthopedic surgeon or close..

weight still seems pretty stable...will weigh on Monday the last day of the 30 day run..

BP has never gone up and i'm pretty sure by now it would have..diet is still pretty good..

Final Feedback...day 28...was going too end it tomorrow but today worked out better as i'm not training today and i had a little help getting my stats redone from the start of the log minus bf%..i will see about getting the 9 caliper site test taken again but i will probably forget about it..i would say it hasn't changed much at all up for sure..

here is my starting stats and comments/expectations from the start of the run:

goal is too keep bp in check and add some size..few lbs of real muscle..

here are my stats from today(28 days later)

all in all the results were pretty much what i was looking for...my goal was too add quality and not a bunch of bloated water mess too say i gained 25+lbs or something crazy like that..imo too many forgo good dietary habits when they run ph/ds compounds and just chase the weight gain..a key indicator that this was a quality run was my waist got smaller..but my weight went up..with key additions in areas i wanted/needed muscle size increase...so in the end i'm happy with the results..

sdmz3.0 pros/cons

PROS:
huge strength gains
much drier product then i assumed it would be
good gains on min dose(1 cap ed)
price point attractive and affordable for most
no rise in bp(this has been a huge problem for me in the past)
no lower back issues with painful pumps etc(never have had this happen before no matter what the compound fyi)
cool looking bottle

CONS:
crashed my test levels around wk3(4-andro or TRT is a must imo w/ this product)

MIDDLE OF ROAD CONCERNS:
water..water..water..you cannot let up on water intake or it will catch up too you fast..dark urine..lethargy..sluggish overall..didn't list it as a con because this is a pretty well known thing by most users..but its vital even more so with sdmz3.0 then other ones i have used...

WHO IS SDMZ3.0 GOOD FOR??
its best left alone for a first time user...so someone who has never used any kind of oral ph/ds/aas...i don't agree with the regular comments made by many that you have too have X amount of experience too use a certain compound..example; my liver sure the hell isn't any stronger or smarter then my first oral cycle 20+ years..just cause someone has used a lot of oral compounds doesn't make there body immune to side effects anymore then a first timer..tren is a good example in the AAS world..if tren kicks your ass it kicks your ass no matter how many times you use it..

I will say i advocate starting low or lower on the scale of things for first timers so you can accurately assess how your body reacts and learn how too maximize your gains with the use of different compounds..in the end the ph/ds is a smaller part of the equation...diet and training need to be properly aligned for any cycle..so start low and work your way up..its a marathon not a sprint..

COMPETITIVE USE;
in regards to physique sports ie; bodybuilding..sdmz3.0 has several places it could fit in well..imo its pretty similar to SD or Anadrol with less bloat..so front loading a pre contest cycle...bulking..or even filling out a pre contest bodybuilder in the last few weeks...it could pretty much cover all those needs..

powerlifters/strongmen...big plus with this compound...as strength and gym aggression were very high...bonus no bp rises..that's a big bonus..

DIRECT COMPARISON:
1 cap SDMZ3.0=40-50mg anadrol


In the end I would recommend sdmz3.0 too most..and it defiantly met the expectations..

main reason is i don't do well with strong oral compounds..or i should say i used too not do well..i gave up the dbol and up type of orals many moons ago due to hbp issues stemming from the use of them..i did use m-sten without issues but in turn i tried MDE and it wasnt so nice to me..so the conservative route is how i took it..

Also wanted to see what 1 cap would do...i like to tinker with things..and try different approaches in a lot of aspects of chem enhancement..that's what landed me on TRT 12 yrs ago..

I felt confident with a proper diet and training program i could show what somebody could do with a min dose as i'm a firm believer from my years of AAS use that their over used and way too much emphasis is placed by guys on drugs and not the vital part of any plan..diet..along with training...

transitioned off the sdmz3.0 yesterday...regardless i still got a wicked pump in the gym..will see if it holds up today...back on test so no PCT in my world...

The test..adex I have been on 12yrs...and the gh on/off for 8 or so....cialis about a year...

I did skip/miss a test shot or two around week 3 and got a bit off for a day or two..
 
Nice log. I just got my DMZ today along with 4-andro and ACS. I am also planning on running liquid tamox at 20mg the entire cycle then for PCT. I also have some HGH that I have been running at 3iu's ed. I am gyno prone and that is why I figure it is better safe than sorry to run Tamox the entire time. I had surgery with glands removed but it is still possible to come back. Wish I had some real Test cyp to run like you.lol
 
Not that it is impossible....but its almost impossible to get true gyno(yoi can still get fat moobies...if diet sucks)after the glands are removed...imo dont run the nolvadex to just run it....but used if need ...these are dht derived compounds and estrogen conversion is min to none....

The 4-andro will handle the test side of things as needed for sure..

Gotcha. I have seen several people on here say it is a good idea to run a SERM throughout if you are prone, but I would rather not. Ya my surgeon said it can happen again but I know he is also trying to cover his butt a bit I am sure. I know it would not be the same type of gyno as I had before with the gland. I will keep an eye on it and see how it goes. It has been awhile since I have run any PH's.
 
IMO in general too many people just run stuff "just in case"...these compounds effect your hormones which in turn effect you and not always in a positive way...worst example are the guys who run caber with a 19-nor just in case...you dont take 800mg of ibuprofen every day just in case your head hurts..

Learn what your body needs and not what works for someone else....in the end you will be better off..
 
interesting post sdmz3.0 note..i have never had gyno or any nipple sensitivity issues ever in my life...but about a week removed from sdmz3.0 my nipples became sensitive..kinda odd i thought..i was a week back into a more aggressive test dose but my AI hadn't changed form prior runs like that one.. i upped the arimidex asap and it all subsided over night..

Conclusion..once the sdmz3.0(dht compounds)cleared i had a rebound of estrogen that clearly was fairly high..or more so then anything prior..got it fixed but it was a first for me..
 
just a update...things are going well...sitting at 237lbs...granted i'm not natural and i'm on TRT at a min i hold my gains pretty well...strength is still good...the nipple sensitivity never came back...so all is good...looking to start cutting for summer in a few weeks..i generally drop to around 220lbs..its hot here and lighter is better when its 100 degrees every day with 90% humidity..
 
What do you think about running epi-andro 2 caps ed, instead of 4-andro will that work for the test issue??

also, would PES erase while on cycle be strong enough to counter the nip issue?? if it came up that is.
 
Its hard to tell if epi-andro would be enough or not...I'm inclined to think in most guys it wouldn't but we are all different hormone wise so it really would be a do it and see type of thing...

I'm assuming you have had some gyno flare ups with the nip sensitivity question...I would worry to much about on cycle but when you PCT..cause there isnt much in the way of estrogen conversion going on...but PCT it could become problematic...

Idk much about PES Erase...but some E-Control on cycle should be enough to ward off any nip issues..post cycle you may need a AI and/or SERM depending on what route you take PCT...
