Sick during cycle

Well fuck me it happened, I'm 3 weeks into my cycle and got sick. I'm deep enough into the cycle that I don't plan on stopping, just going to push through as best I can and hope I fight it off soon. I basically have a head cold, congested, sinuses hurt.
I'm wondering what medicine would be ok to take and what should I stay away from? It would be great if I could take like a decongestant or something.
My current cycle is 4 andro and epi andro.

I've never had any issues taking antihistamines and decongestants while on cycle. Be sure to get lots of water and vitamins (especially D and C).

Solid advise right there^
I have never had any issues with cold meds on cycle either.
Also be sure to add in some electrolytes such as pedialyte or gatorade etc.
